I’m vacationing in Tennessee with my hubby and mom. After breakfast we decided to take mom on a drive to the Roaring Fork Motor Nature Trail since it is a beautiful drive. Leaf Season is in full color here so the forest is gorgeous! You also need to know it rained all nite, and yet today the sun was out and very bright.
Roaring Forks Glistening Trees
When we were in the upper elevations there was snow on the trees and leaves, I guess the rain we got was snow higher up. As the sun melted the snow it was crystalizing and glistening and melting all over in the forest, and it was BEAUTIFUL! The hubby and I agreed if we had known it snowed we would not have taken this drive, and would have missed this beautiful day in the mountains. I’m glad we didn’t know.
